The Villa I

 The purpose of every vacation is to enjoy those days free of work, some people decide to go on adventure, other decide to visit a city they have been ages after, and other prefer to rest in a peaceful environment with nowdays comforts.

The Villa offers these options, don't you think enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine in the pool, and taking a bath if it's too hot, isn't priceless?

The inside of the Villa holds a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all in one. The kitchen counts with a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave, oven, plus the dinner service. The rent also includes free internet, satellite TV, and a set of sheets and towels.

Family Holidays in Spain

Summer is a time for family spending time together. Location and activities around are a cardinal point for enjoying holidays to all its extent. We offer a unique and splendid situation, in the mountains of Madrid.

Spain is famous because of its sunny and warm weather on summer. Thousands of people enjoy it every year at the hundreds of beaches all over the spanish coast, but did you know that the suntan of the mountains lasts more that the one from the coast?

And for those who prefer cooler temperatures, can anyone think of a better way of beating heat than a bath in a private swimming pool? Certainly, there are better ways. Holidays in Spain

What a wonderful summer day!

Is there a better way to start a day that with the singing of birds? Having a cup of coffee in the balcony while facing the sun? It is possible in our holiday villa. And this is just the beginning of your holidays...

A swimming pool plus a barbecue should do a gread day for sure! And for those who prefer wilder activities, there is plenty to do at Valmayor Reservoir: sailing, canoeing, or even fishing. Horse riding is also an option, and the views of the montainous landscape are breathtaking.

Villa for rent

The villa for rent is located in a quiet area of Valdemorillo with views of the countryside, including wild animales such as cows, bulls, and horses roaming freely in the meadows, where they are fed naturally without stress, what turns their meat into one of the most appreciated in the whole country (a must for non vegetarians!).

Access to the villa from Madrid is through National Road VI (towards La Coruña), road M-40 and M-503.

The villa contains a vast extension of private garden with pine forests, holm oaks and other abundant vegetation, as well as a private swimming pool, barbecues, and even a well. Animals are welcome to this area.

The building has two storeys, and is the upper one the one for holiday rent. In the inside, the house counts with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one dining room, one lounge and an open plan kitchen fully equipped.

Holiday Rental in Spain


Who still thinks that in nature you can not enjoy the comforts of modern life is because has not slept in a rural cottage in the mountains of Madrid. The so called Sierra de Guadarrama, in the centre of Spain, is a large extension of land that offers the chance of a lifetime in a peaceful area in close contact with nature. Among the villages in the mountains, there is Valdemorillo, an antique town forty-five kilometers from Madrid, close to the Valmayor Reservoir. Although it could sound a bit far away from Madrid, the area is today crossed by numerous passes and railway routes, what enables lovers of nature and silence escape from the crazy and noisy rhythm of Madrid and fulfill their expectations with fresh air and a refreshing swim in the pool. The area sustains a highly developed tourism infrastructure, coupled with provisions for various outdoor and water sports. Temperature in summer is around 30º, the perfect point for enjoying a nice hot weather without suffering the stifling summer temperatures of sunny Spain.
